Face – Urban Decay revolution lipstick in “liar” c/o

It’s officially that time in Miami to wear as little as possible. It’s unbearably hot and not ideal unless you’re under a massive umbrella on the beach.  I personally like to wear little dresses or playsuits like this one.  I kind of wish I had it in several colors, haha. Of course, keeping the blazing hot sun from your face helps a ton. It’s a good thing I have several wide brimmed hats to help a girl out. I purchased this out from NastyGal late last year, it’s great for a little day outfit and to take with you on a beach/pool outing. I’m actually contemplating buying this one by Lack of Color. It’s so darn cute, which means I kind of need it.

This day was actually pretty great because it was a Sunday and that only means one thing in my world and that I’m a sucker for, brunch. MMmhmm. We headed to our favorite spot in Midtown, GIGI. Ate some good food, had a couple of Stela’s, just enjoyed ourselves. Nothing better than that.

Just Like Honey

Victoria’s Secret PINK tank top & bralette c/o – Missguided boyfriend jeans c/o – DV by Dolce Vita boots c/o – Stella McCartney cateye sunglasses (in black HERE) – Lipstick color ( LimeCrime in Centrifuchsia )

My Second look for my VSPink x Chictopia collaboration of course involves some denim, ripped denim to be exact. This look for me screams comfort, which is exactly what I wanted to go for. I love tank tops with a loose fit and especially when they allows your bralette to show on the sides. They’re also great for all sorts of festivals and beach days. Speaking of,  I’m kind of bummed that I won’t be attending Coachella this year. I wasn’t really all that impressed with this years line-up but I’m dying to experience the music festival that everyone talks about. Another one on my to-do list is Lollapalooza. I want to experience it all to be honest. hah.

Who’s going to either or?

Dark and Floral

[floral skater dress c/o Missguided]

[Zara heels]

[lucite purse c/o Forever 21]

[initial necklace c/o Onecklace ]

/ lipstick – Revlon in black cherry\

This little dress caught my attention while browsing Missguided’s dress section. Summer may be over but that doesn’t mean you have to steer away from floral print. This little skater dress has a lovely dark floral print , perfect for fall/winter. I feel like it goes so well with my style, you know feminine but still with a “dark” edge to it. Yep, I’m all for it. I also love that once it starts to cool down you can just layer it up and add some tights to it but for now it’s perfect just as is.

Anywho, I have so many things on my mind. The main thing at the moment though is Art Basel. AH! Basically, I need to get my act together. ASAP.

Can’t do a Sunday brunch without bottomless mimosas.

I’m pretty sure this was the best brunch I’ve ever had at this cute little spot called Sugar Cafe.

The Golden Gate bridge completely had me in awe. So beautiful.

Us being tourists. hehe

Our hotel view with some fog action. Crrrazy.

Already want to go back to S.F to have some more of these bomb oysters. SO GOOD!

The impact this trip to San Francisco had on me completely took me by surprise. Mainly because I don’t deal well with cold weather and well it’s summer so of course I find myself always needing the warmth of the sun on my skin at all times. I mean, I’m a Miami girl so yeah. Anyway, the cold actually wasn’t so bad and the city itself just made me forget about weather. That alone is a big deal.

Those 5 days went by so fast but we definitely tried to cram in as much as we could and did a little bit of everything. Outside Lands was one of those things and man was it awesome. My love for music is pretty evident so being in a music festival is pretty much like paradise to me and just the fact that I got to see the Yeah Yeah Yeah’s and jam to their killer set list (they played date with a night, gold lion, art star, maps, heads will roll, just to name a few!)  just makes me that much of a happier person.

The ASOS penthouse was another highlight of my trip. I got the chance to hang out with cool S.F peeps, have a couple of drinks and just enjoy the night setting with great music blaring in the background. Totally can’t beat that. Plus ASOS had awesome gift bags for their guests so the whole night was just a win/win all around.

The remainder of our days included eating at awesome little spots, doing tourist things but mainly just trying to enjoy the city as much as we could. It was definitely an unforgettable trip and so glad my girl Ria let me tag along and experience the whole thing with her, love her! I’m already anxious to go back. hehe

Be on the look out for my next post because I’ll be doing an epic giveaway and I can only hope you don’t want to miss out on that!
